From the Homestead to Your Home
The Drake Homestead started the way most good things do — out of necessity and a little stubbornness. I wanted to know exactly what was going into the products I put on my skin, and I wasn't finding it on store shelves.
So I started making my own. Small batches, real ingredients, no shortcuts. What began as a kitchen experiment turned into a full-blown passion — and eventually, a homestead tradition.
Real Ingredients
Every bar starts with what I know and trust — beef tallow rendered right here, raw botanicals, and essential oils. Nothing synthetic, nothing I can't pronounce.
Small Batch
I make in small batches on purpose. It means more attention, better quality, and soap that actually does what soap is supposed to do.
Rooted in Place
I'm a local operation and proud of it. My soaps are made for my community — neighbors, farmers, families who want something real.
Made by Hand, Every Bar
I cold-process every bar myself. That means no industrial equipment, no shortcuts, and no mystery ingredients. Just oils, lye, water, and whatever botanicals or essential oils make that bar what it is.
Each bar is cut by hand and cured for weeks before it ever leaves the homestead. The result is a harder, longer-lasting bar that lathers beautifully and treats your skin right.
